About the Founder
Hi! My name is Kristin Leitch. I am the principal consultant, founder, and CEO of Arrive.
Arrive is a woman-owned consulting firm that specializes in helping organizations (from managed care organizations to provider organizations to states and counties to educational organizations) elevate programs, execute organizational change, and grow in new markets and communities. Using a blend of actionable growth and capture solutions; proven business and product development strategies, and compelling, compliant proposals, it’s my goal to help your team arrive.
My strong academic and research background includes expertise in sociology, women’s health, underserved populations, behavioral health, health equity, information technology, new tech, care delivery, legal services, accountable care, and social determinants of health. I have been successful in many roles within growth leadership including serving as a public relations manager, clinical operations lead, account executive, executive-level proposal manager, and project manager. I taught sociology and women's studies at The Ohio State University. This combined experience informs my intuitive and respectful team engagement approaches. Working with your teams, I'll help your leaders focus on who we are serving, what motivates those we are serving, and what value we can bring to achieve all targets. I am skilled at facilitating productive, creative, and directed process improvement and program development activities leading to the innovations my clients leverage to grow.
To date, I have led and/or participated in over 350 growth projects. In 2024, I was part of diverse growth teams across six different U.S. states and helped those teams win 95% of proposed programs. My largest growth project to date led to the development of a Fortune-ranked MCO’s federal programs business unit, which still operates today. I am a diplomatic, encouraging, optimistic team player who thrives in matrixed and diverse work environments. I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your business.
Let's Talk.

"When I dare to be powerful, to use my strength in the service of my vision, then it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid."
